The Carmen Varela Family Law Study Center was born from our firm commitment to providing specialized training in national and international family law to all legal professionals who wish to specialize in this branch of law.
To this end, we offer continuing education courses taught by the most prestigious family law specialists, thus promoting the knowledge and dissemination of this legal discipline.
For us, mentoring is a form of personal and professional development through which our managing partner, Carmen Varela, shares her experience and knowledge with other lawyers with less experience who wish to improve their skills and knowledge in the field.
The relationship of trust established between mentor and mentee allows them to resolve any questions they may have in the practice of their profession and, furthermore, empowers them to grow professionally and find the independent leadership that allows them to move confidently toward their goals.
Our mentoring is carried out through two-hour monthly meetings supervised by the mentor, in which each mentee shares their questions about various issues so that they can be analyzed, addressed, and resolved.
Furthermore, since questions that require immediate response often arise between monthly meetings, we have created a WhatsApp group where urgent questions that can’t wait for the monthly meeting can be raised.
