Over the past fifteen years, Carmen has served as head of the family department at several law firms and has developed her professional practice with empathy and support, supporting families during their separation process.

As an advocate for Good Divorce, she believes that knowledge of different Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) techniques can be a very useful tool.

Furthermore, as an advocate for new family models, she collaborates with the AADF Association for Attention to Family Diversity as a legal expert, participating in legislative forums, parliamentary committees, and the media to defend the rights of new family structures.
